It is Pretty Easy to Refill Just About Any E-Cigarette Cartomizer,

Even though the KR808D-1 (E-8) and KR808D-2 (E-9) are designed to be disposable, one-time use ecig cartridges, it is not very difficult at all to fill them back up with the e-liquid flavor and strength of your choice. Most Electric Cigarette companies that sell the pre-filled cartomizers don’t want you to know this because they want to sell you more cartridges.

Most Brands of cartomizers are about the same, they are usually cased in metal, have some type of heating coil inside that is referred to as an atomizer which is in contact or close proximity to some type of cotton or synthetic wadding which holds the nicotine e-juice.

With this method, it is fairly straight forward. Just pop off the end cap, it will either be made of a hard plastic or some type of rubber which is easier to work with. Once you have the cap off you will be able to see the wadding, usually you will be able to tell that it looks dry. It should be somewhat close to white. If it is brown, It probably has been over smoke and burned, and probably isn’t worth re-filling with fresh e-liquid.

If everything looks OK inside your cartomizer, go ahead and start slowly dripping your ejuice on to the wadding, avoiding the hole in the middle. Do this procedure fairly slowly. You want to be able to see the eliquid absorbing into the cotton wadding. You should be able to tell when it becomes saturated just enough so that it looks wet, but it is not dripping out of the other side.

If you do happen to over fill your cartridge, just hold the bottom with a napkin or something, put your lips on it like a straw and blow the excess fluid out of it.

If everything went well your cartridge should be as good as new. As long as you are careful to not over smoke a dry cart, you should be able to refill them several times.
